Are you in need of a good stretch, a positive vibe and a way to just let it all go? Then let’s FLOW! Great music can really change your energy and shift your mindset. This class is a way to let go of any stress or tension. We breathe and flow through a mixture of yoga, pilates, and dance based stretching all with the intention to make you just FEEL GOOD!
Everybody DANCE now, this is a full body sweat session. I create a killer playlist with a theme and we always finish with a dance party! Basically this class is inspired to shift your mood so you can take on the rest of your day Let's DANCE!
This class is Bootylicious! We focus on a variety of exercises to give the glutes a great burn. Join me for music you'll love and movement that will leave you feeling like J.Lo!
Let's get lifted! Grab some weights you are comfortable with and join me to target the Upper Body with a mix of different exercises each class. We begin this class with cardio and bodyweight activation then dive into reps and sets to burn out those arms. Suggested Light, Medium & Heavy Weights for this class.
Are you ready for Leg Day? We jump into the workout with a Cardio blast and then get moving those legs to the beat of the music. In this class we work on bodyweight, band and free weight exercises to target and tone. So let’s kick it!
Looking for more CORE? This 30 minute workout is geared to tighten and tone. I have put together some of my favourite Ab exercises for you to feel the burn long after the workout is over. Let my music inspire you and let's get sculpting those Ab's together! Are you All in? Let's go all out!
